I haven't blogged for a while have I? That makes a change 'cause I usually have something to say about whats going on in the world. But in actual fact I have had writers block. Funny that isn't it? I just had nothing to say about anything. I've left comments but could not think what to actually write about.
But, today is different, I am still ill with the cold/virus and have to have another week off work, my b.p. is still too high but I'll keep taking the tablets. Apart from that, I'm fine.
Today, I went out and cleaned my car, inside and out, the only reason is because I feel so ill I felt I would have to do something or go mad. You know what it's like, all you do is tell yourself how ill you feel. So, with the sun shining out I went, the car went into shock I must admit, and I feel so much better for it, apart from a splitting headache and my back breaking, but there we are that is what happens when you get to my age.
I have done two lots of washing and hung it out, the first lot has dried now it's waiting to be ironed, and wait it will, as I hate ironing!
Anyway, thats it, the sun's out, the birds are singing, snowdrop is full of life and not just sitting around in her favourite armchair, (usually mine) geoff is cooking for tea, so, great.
I'll go and have a glass of wine now, 'cause it's saturday.
