Are you as fed up with people keep asking you personal questions when it's none of their bloody business?

This week we have had three people knocking on our front door asking us to join their gas/electric companies.
Why do they expect you to stand there and tell them who you are with at the moment and how much your bills are??

It's none of their business and I don't answer their questions.

They then turn the old "theres no need to be rude" attitude on, and although I haven't in the least been rude to them they think they are going to win you over and you will tell them your business.

Well, NO, NO, NO.

I will not.

The final straw came today when I went into the town after work to get some pain killers.

I took them to the counter and the questions I was asked!!!

"Have you took these before?"
"How many a day do you take?"
"Have you seen a doctor about your problem?"

"YES I HAVE!!" I yelled.
My problem is an old back problem I've had for years and yes my doctor knows how many I take.......AND IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!"

It makes my blood boil, these personal things are only what me and my doctor know and thats the way it will stay!!!

Nothing is private anymore.

God help you if you take a prescription in!!!

I hate people invading my private life. I work shifts and there is nothing worse than being woken up by someone who has taken the decision to ignore the sticker on my door telling them I dont want any cold callers.
This week some woman knocked and asked me to take part in a blood survey. I said no thanks and went to close the door and she asked my why not as it was for the NHS. I just said I dont care who it's for and slammed the door in her face.
Bloody cheek.

Back in 1984, when we first moved to Florida, I got a phone call from the local funeral home asking if I would like to pre-plan my funeral with them.

I said, "I don't intend on dying."

Funny, they never called again. Lived there for 18 years, not another call.

I say, "No thanks" to everybody. Yes. Everybody. Then I hang up the phone, or shut the door. Barbara says that I am anti-social. C'est la vie, I guess.

Ooooooh I hate that! Boots are the worst, I know they have to cover themselves but honestly, it's ridiculous.

I also hate cold callers & the cheeky sods that phone you at 8 in the evening asking if you'd like to buy double glazing. The last time it happened I asked if he'd like me to phone him at tea time, after a long day trying to sell him something he neither wanted nor needed.... He went quiet & I asked to be taken off their list that I should never have been on in the first place! ARGGGGGHHHHHH!

you can opt out of cold callers you know-google it cos I cant remember what the site is called!
I am really rude to anyone cold calling or asking too many questions,I cant help it they annoy me so much, like when your bank or service provider etc calls you and says 'IS MS TRTMH THERE PLEASE ?' I say yes, then its 'CAN YOU GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS/MEMORABLE WORD ETC' I always say no-how stupid for banks to ask for this over the phone!!Virgin are the worst, they call up from a mobile and ask-so I always refuse to tell them!

I am tempted to say 'of course I have never taken any before, that's because I was born yesterday and have no idea what an aspirin is for, or what it does'.

I have been known to say 'I have been known, during my not particularly short life, to have taken an aspirin before'.

I frequently say 'Yes, I have taken them before, but the suicide attempt didn't work.'

Strangely enough, they don't argue with that one.

I am a very private person, and I detest rude questions!
I know what you mean!
