hi, sorry i haven't posted but we have had trouble with the puter,well, the pipex people whowe were connectede too!! they have disconnectedus! we have paid them bu they are saying we haven't! I am on a friends lap top and can't use it properly.
On hols now and will sort it out when we get back, so sorry about that.

Dear Annette,
My experience has been that if you want to avoid stress keep well clear of computers! Enjoy that richly deserved holiday. Come back with your batteries recharged and your sense of humour refreshed and tell us all about it, once you have sorted out the gremlins!
